When I was in my real estate office, there was one thing I loved to hear over the intercom more than anything else.
"Jasen, you have a client in the lobby."
Ahhh...music to my ears and a boost to my ego. Especially when it happened multiple times a day!
Agents who regularly had clients in the office were always the top producers.
These days, rather than meet people in person, contracts are emailed without second thought in the name of convenience and it's killing your deals!
Not a week goes by that I don't work with someone to clean up a situation that could have been prevented if they stopped trying to move so damn fast.
Just because you can do certain things with technology doesn't always mean you should.
